Tom 23 rocznika Hague Yearbook of International Law (HYIL) posiadającego również tytuł równoległy Annuaire de la Haye de Droit International (ISSN 0167-6660) jest specjalny z kilku względów: zmienił się komitet redakcyjny, poszerzono zakres tematyczny podejmowanej problematyki, zmodernizowano format wydawniczy i podjęto decyzję o retrospektywnym udostępnieniu subskrybentom wersji elektronicznej. Biblioteka w Natolinie dysponuje kompletem tego rocznika, o czym można się przekonać przeglądając nasz katalog. Zmieniono również układ treści w tym roczniku i od bieżącego tomu artykuły będą ukazywać się w czterech sekcjach: Public International Law, Private International Law, International Investment Law oraz International Criminal Law.
