Dzięki uprzejmości Swedish Network for European Legal Studies (tutaj) w naszych zbiorach pojawił się czwarty tom w serii Swedish Studies in European Law (SSEL) ukazującej sie w wydawnictwie Hart Publishing. Pierwszy tom w tej serii został wydany w roku 2006, drugi w roku 2007 i wszystko wskazywało, że będzie to regularny rocznik, o czym można było przeczytać na kartach przedtytułowych (2006: "This will be a hardback of some 300 pages annually [...]", 2007: "The annual contains peer-reviewed articles..."). Tom trzeci, choć datowany 2008 ukazał się dopiero w maju 2011 roku i tutaj pojawiły się pewne poważne zmiany...
...poważne zmiany, ponieważ publikacja ta posiada już własny tytuł (National Developments in the Intersection of IPR and Competition Law: From Maglite to Pirate Bay / ed. by Hans Henrik Lidgard) i zawiera 13 artykułów poruszających problematykę ochrony własności intelektualnej, europejskiego systemu patentowego, ochrony znaków handlowych, praw autorskich itd. Tom czwarty, którego redaktorem jest Prof. Mia Rönnmar, trafił do dystrybucji w ostatnich dniach (pażdziernik 2011) i również jest raczej monografią wydaną w serii niż rocznikiem. Część artykułów czwartego tomu SSEL to materiały z konferencji, która odbyła się w listopadzie 2009 roku. Zobaczymy, czy szwedzkiej sieci i redakcji uda sie utrzymać częstotliwość i rytm wydawniczy, aby można było SSEL nadal traktować jako rocznik. Dzisiaj trudno udzielić odpowiedzi na to pytanie: odpowiedź przyniosą kolejne tomy, które równie chętnie jak dotychczasowe włączymy do naszej kolekcji.
