Yearbook of European Security (YES) to nowa, ciekawa inicjatywa wydawnicza Instytutu Studiów Strategicznych (EUISS), agencji UE mieszczącej się w Paryżu, która od przeszło 20 lat zajmuje się kwestiami bezpieczeństwa naszego kontynentu. Instytut wydaje od roku 1991 serię Chaillot Papers / Cahiers de Chaillot, a dotychczas ukazało się już 129 opracowań w tej serii (tutaj najnowsze).
Yearbook of European Security 2013 obejmuje zasięgiem chronologicznym lata 2011 i 2012, w roczniku zebrano oficjalne dokumenty polityczne, sprawozdania z posiedzeń RUE, komunikaty prasowe dotyczące szeroko rozumianej problematyki bezpieczeństwa UE w odniesieniu do poszczególnych państw sąsiedzkich UE i regionu Bliskiego Wschodu, działań zewnętrznych oraz chronologię wydarzeń, począwszy od wybuchu Arabskiej Wiosny aż do końca roku 2012.
