EU Energy Law & Policy Yearbook 2012 to już trzeci tom w tej serii opublikowany przez wydawnictwo Claeys & Casteels (tutaj). Zebrane w nim materiały pochodzą ze zorganizowanej już po raz siódmy konferencji podejmującej problematykę polityki energetycznej UE, która odbyła się na przełomie stycznia i lutego ubiegłego roku w Brukseli. W tomie, który już znajduje się w naszych zbiorach opublikowano 17 wystąpień konferencyjnych (strony 1-187), a w drugiej części (strony 189-746) znajduje się zbiór dyrektyw i rozporządzeń regulujących kwestie kwot emisji gazów cieplarnianych, wspólnego rynku elektryczności i gazu, sieci energetycznych i tym podobnych zagadnień.
