Praca zdalna w  formie zinstytucjonalizowanej zaskoczyła nas półtora roku temu i w pewnym stopniu zdołaliśmy się chyba już do niej przyzwyczaić. W bibliotekach jest to raczej dość niezwykłe rozwiązanie, chociaż już dobrych kilka lat temu sam zacząłem to praktykować informując współpracowników, że co prawda już 17-sta i wychodzę do domu, ale że "za godzinkę znowu będę online".

W renomowanej serii Harvard Business Review Guides ukazał się w tym roku poradnik, jak z tą pracą zdalną sobie radzić, który ostatnio włączyliśmy do naszych zbiorów. Rzecz niedroga, a poręczna i przydatna, może zatem warto przejrzeć? Uprzedzam, że poradnik ma charakter ogólny i nie jest adresowany stricte do bibliotekarzy. A swoją drogą, to będę musiał przyjrzeć się, czy ukazały się już podobne opracowania skierowne właśnie do naszej grupy zawodowej.
